I started my travels to France in 2018, when I decided to ditch my dream of studying in London, in favour of spending the year in a rural French village, with no plan, but in one very traditional and cutesy French gite, and with one very eccentric set of French neighbours (who lived in a chateau of course!!) Fast forward to 2022, and I’ve been spending the year in Grenoble in the heart of the French Alps, with my French partner who I met in 2018, and who has helped sharpen my perception of all things Francophone. I’ve been making content about French and Francophone culture on TikTok since late 2020, and wanted to branch out to a blog so I can explain things in more detail, and share my passion for travel and culture with you.
